Almost two years ago, I cooked dinner for then Food Editor Natalie Foor. She didn't get sick (or at least she didn't tell me), so two years later, I decided to go for it again. This time I was on my game, and when the chicken marsala came out, I was thinking it's time to open a restaurant. :)

To be completely honest, I did get sick the morning after the first chicken marsala extravaganza...but any nausea that I experienced was due to a migraine--a result of deadline drama, certainly not the result of a certain southern gentleman's amazing culinary efforts.
I highly recommend Chef Kaar's marsala--in a word, "incredible."
Looks good, but don't quit your day job!!
